The refreshed brand needed to resonate with current and future stakeholders, while supporting the company’s ambition to become a $100-million organization.

Rokstad Power partnered with Boyle Design to develop a comprehensive visual identity program, enhanced business development tools, and updated collateral to reflect its unique position in the utility services market.

Modernizing the Identity for an Industry

The brand refresh process began with a thorough exploration of Rokstad’s business. This included analyzing the target audience, core services, history, and existing visual identity. The objective was clear: the new logo had to honor the company’s legacy while signaling a bold and progressive future.

The result is a distinct mark that combines clean typography with a vibrant, proprietary green. By echoing elements of the original logo, the new design bridges the past and future, fostering familiarity and trust while presenting a modern, forward-looking image. The removal of the tagline from the logo ensured clarity and streamlined messaging, allowing the new identity to communicate effectively across a wide range of touchpoints.

The visual identity program included refining the company’s primary color—green. To ensure its effectiveness across various applications, feasibility studies were conducted to confirm its strong visibility and consistency.

For a company with a substantial fleet of industrial vehicles and a large workforce operating in the field, visibility and recognition were critical. The updated identity ensures Rokstad stands out in urban and remote environments alike, becoming synonymous with reliability and excellence.
