Dennis Boyle
principal
Guided by a simple, rigorous belief that clarity is earned first, Dennis holds that the quality of the solution is determined long before the creative work begins. By quickly identifying the underlying nature of a client’s challenge and bringing structure and articulation to complexity, he establishes the foundation for business solutions that meaningfully outperform.
Working across brand, digital, and communications systems, Dennis helps organizations create meaningful differentiation by aligning business objectives with clear strategic direction and precise execution. His work spans ambitious start-ups, established mid-sized businesses, global brands, and international nonprofits, with a focus on building solutions that strengthen understanding, improve cohesion, and support long-term enterprise value.
Dennis holds degrees from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and the University of Victoria and is a Certified Design Professional (CDP™). A former National VP of Communications and Ethics Chair at DesCan, he has taught at the university level and continues to mentor emerging design professionals.

Talia Cohen
Director of Digital strategY AND DESIGN
Talia is a digital creative and art director whose work is guided by strategic clarity, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to craft. She approaches digital experiences as integrated systems, bringing together business objectives, user experience, and visual design to create work that is purposeful, refined, and enduring.
With a multi-disciplinary background spanning strategy, interface design, and art direction, Talia focuses on creating intuitive digital experiences that strengthen understanding, elevate perception, and create meaningful differentiation.
Talia holds a BFA in Industrial Design from The Rhode Island School of Design and has completed coursework in Economics and Business at Brown University, MIT, and Babson College. She has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 by Marketing Magazine and has spoken at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Prior to this role, she served as Managing Digital Art Director at Lululemon Athletica, leading digital creative initiatives across the brand ecosystem.

Lance Cummings
Director of DIGITAL Development
Lance is a developer and technical strategist with more than 20 years of experience translating complex ideas into refined digital experiences. Combining deep technical expertise with a strong design sensibility, he is known for building systems that are thoughtful, reliable, and exceptionally well executed.
With a meticulous yet highly collaborative approach, Lance brings clarity to complexity and a rare ability to intuitively understand both the creative and technical dimensions of a project. His work is grounded in precision, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering digital experiences that feel seamless from concept through implementation.
Lance has led and supported digital initiatives for organizations including Mozilla, Intel, HSBC, BC Children’s Hospital, Lululemon, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Whistler Blackcomb, Harvard Law School, and Vancouver Art Gallery.
