Dennis Boyle
strategic design and FOUNDER
Dennis approaches every client challenge as exceptional and nuanced, believing bold outcomes begin with a deep understanding of business context. With over 20 years of experience, he distills complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate. Innately transparent and collaborative, he leverages his articulate communication to build trust, laying the foundation for impactful results that endure. Dennis has collaborated with clients ranging from ambitious start-ups and established mid-sized businesses to global brands and international nonprofits, delivering tailored solutions that address each client’s unique goals.
Dennis holds degrees from Emily Carr University of Art+Design and the University of Victoria, and is a Certified Design Professional (CDP™). A former National VP of Communications and Ethics Chair at DesCan, he has taught at the university level and continues to mentor the next generation of design professionals.
Talia Cohen
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL STRATEGY and DESIGN
Talia is digital creative and art director. Her work is guided by a strong, analytical approach, and is coupled with a passion for craft. She is a multi-disciplinary designer and believes in the importance of creating memorable brands by bridging the gap between business strategy and design, with a focus on impactful and unexpected experiences.
Talia holds a BFA in Industrial Design from The Rhode Island School of Design, and has completed coursework at Brown University in Economics, MIT, and Babson School of Business. She has been a guest speaker at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and has earned recognition as Canada’s top 30 under 30 from Marketing Magazine. She was also the Managing Digital Art Director at Lululemon Athletica.
Lance Cummings
LEAD DESIGNER AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST
Lance is a masterful developer and trusted collaborator with over 20 years of experience turning complex ideas into beautifully crafted digital experiences. Known for his seamless blend of technical expertise and design intuition, Lance consistently delivers solutions that elevate projects from great to exceptional. He brings an easygoing yet meticulous approach, paired with an innate ability to intuitively “get it.” Whether embracing the unknown or refining the details, Lance brings creativity, clarity, and an addictively cheerful attitude to every project, earning him a reputation as a “secret weapon” in the industry.

Su T Fitterman
DIRECTOR OF CONTENT STRATEGY and COPY
Su T is an award-winning copywriter. She oversees content strategy, copy, and works with a team of writers and SEO specialists. She’s fast, thorough, calm (OK, 96% of the time), independent—and enjoys it all tremendously. She also has a knack for helping clients realize their genuine voice. While Su T believes in active verbs, she is still coming to terms with the Oxford comma.
